The release and transfer of the Property is expressly contingent upon the successful completion of the raffle and the achievement of the minimum participation and funding goals as disclosed prior to the raffle period. If the stated goals are not met within the designated timeframe, the Property will not be released or transferred, and the raffle will be deemed incomplete. In such event, all participants will be notified, and any applicable remedies or alternative actions will be handled in accordance with the official raffle rules and applicable law. Participation in the raffle constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.

You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:
(a) In 200 words or less, tell us: If you owned this land debt-free, how would you use it to change your life or your community? Whether it’s an off-grid tiny home, an artist retreat, or a family legacy—we want to see your vision.
(b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw; please send via 1st or 2nd class delivery via a stamped postcard.
(c) Include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address (registered to our site);
(iv) Competition you are entering and
(v) your answer to the Competition Question
(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(f) your entry must be received by the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw; Postal entries are collected on a Monday and Thursday and processed within 48 hours.
(g) the Promoter will acknowledge receipt of your entry via a confirmation order email;
(h) Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.
(i) if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
